New City Law.
New City law, passed on 5-18-o8.
Act 4 of the protection code, section 5 of the subsection 7:
now states...
"...all non-human beings must apply and register for a identification card. due to safty regulations and for your own benifit, we require you carry a card of identification, stating whihc species you are, where you are from, your age, your ...."
