Personality: Of course, with a face and body like Beau's, the man was easily classified as the sex god, or one of the most gorgeous men a woman ever laid eyes on. He was both; one didn't know what he could do next- he was mysterious and troublesome. Using his gift in the most unusual ways, he was set out to befriend and annoy. If he was trusting enough of one, he would easily distract them, or nag at them annoyingly. He would show up at the most unruly hours, wanting attention. If the time was right, he could show up during a much needed appointment, or some other special day, and be so bothersome that you'd be late to your own event.
This being said, Beau thinks very highly of himself. He was cocky, snippy and infatuated with himself. Infatuated was an understatement- he was totally heads-over-heels with his own being. He would gladly put himself before anyone, anything even. If someone attempted an insult to him, he was always swift with comebacks, no matter how hard of a beating his ego received. Beau was the one that always had the quick and witty retorts; or the comments that always made people laugh. He was lovable, really, but snobby. Knowing he could get what he wanted whenever he desired was always a bonus to him; he acted as though he could get anything on a whim.
With his family's fortune, he enjoyed flaunting his precious gifts. Whether it is the fancy customized Chopper, or the extravagant Cadillac Escalade he owns, he loved to rip around town and intoxicate people with the beautiful sight of both the male and the vehicle. Of course, vehicles and looks weren't they only precious thing Beau owned. His horses- all expensive, gorgeous and well, almost perfect, were something that he flaunted more than often. Top-notch trainers were hired to teach the beasts a thing or two, and were paid generously for their business. The only thing he didn't flaunt was his ego. Just kidding!
Appearance: Beau Austen is just another normal boy in everyone’s eyes. He had the soft, angelic features, though his jaw line and cheeks had a small amount of facial, or a ‘five o’ clock shadow,’ as the Americans would call it. Shaggy hair hid most of his facial features, including the dark ochre eyes that contrasted against somewhat porcelain skin. His tall, muscled figure raised about six feet and three inches, weighing in at around two-hundred eighteen pounds. This was mostly muscle, which he had built up during the summer. (In fact, his up-to-date lifting weight was two-hundred and thirty pounds in free weights. Quite a feat, though he was still working on this.)
His clothing had fit his appearance perfectly. He was rarely caught straying from black tee shirts, with German writing across the chest, and German band logos. If he wore hoodies, or sweaters, they were either black or white, and had several designs printed into them. He often wore black or blue jeans, that were tighter than most. Not that icky tight-as-skin jeans, but tight enough to allow movement if he ever needed to run, or skateboard. He was into metal, heavy rock and techno, if you could not already tell by his wardrobe. Beau’s footwear consisted mainly of Vans or black kicks, seeing as he never wore anything but shoes. (He has never been to a beach, or any natural body of water, for that matter.)
(Just note he has a heavy accent, and you may not understand him. He has taken only a few month's worth of English language classes, and not exactly bilingual. He sometimes replaces English words for the German translation.)
Likes: His guitars, his cars, his 'crib.' He adores his family, mainly Lorenz and Annalise. If it isn't obvious, Beau enjoys a steady cash flow and when he's in the limelight. It can't get much better than that. He loves his guitars so much that he’s made his practices a religious pastime, and has been playing for over ten years.
Dislikes: People stealing his thunder, country music, small towns. He hates getting dirty, and when his cars are. He dislikes several foods, clothing brands and colors. Being the picky fellow that he is, Beau is very hard to please.
Fears: Beau is terrified of his family dying, or something happening to them. Of course, he’s often considered cocky and spoiled, but he cares deeply about his family. He’s also scared of anything happening to his guitars- he just can’t have that.
Strengths: Guitar playing, good looks and his German pickup lines. Unfortunately, the last can’t be done while he’s around Americans or anyone who speaks English.
Weaknesses: Speaking English. He cannot, for the life of him, string a fully fluent sentence together. He either uses past tense, incorrect verbs and nouns, or just sounds like a tool altogether. If his ego is damaged, he might just give up and walk away in embarrassment.
History: Beau was born ‘Beau Dominik Austen’ on March tenth, 1989. He was six pounds, two ounces if you’d like to know. He was an easy kid to raise, barely cried, you could leave him alone for hours and he was easily satisfied. His education was a bit of a pickle- his mother struggled with the payments, and he just managed to get through his elementary years. During grade seven, Beau had gotten a part-time job to help with the bills that his mother could not pay. It was a tough life, but it was sure to lighten up. A few months later, his mother had recently inherited a large sum of cash and stock; more than enough to last until Beau had his grandchildren. They didn’t worry about bills since then; hell, they didn't worry about anything then.
A month after Beau’s thirteenth birthday, he’d received news of his aunt and uncle’s death. Both Beau and Annalise were rather sad from this- they were rather close. Later he found out they had a two year old son- now in their care. At first, Beau was somewhat jealous of the kid, after he had gotten all the attention from his mother. Beau had enjoyed being the center of attention, and the only kid in his mother’s life, though after a few months he had grown used to Lorenz. They were best friends, even until he went on the exchange trip. Before that, if anything hurt Lorenz, a school-bully, a dog, anything, they were sure to pay. He was very overprotective of Lorenz.
