Klair laughed at her dog, whom was currently trying to climb up a tree after a bird. The one thing Klair would never, other than humans, feed off, was her merle border collie. Fly was a good pet, he was part vampire dog you could say. He had lasting vampire blood in him, probably from a bite by his parents long ago. Fly didn't crave blood, just meat, so he was more like a normal dog.
Klair didn't have a clue why she was in the nice part of town, on an overcast day. Well I guess she did, sunny days would come soon at that would mean bye bye outside time. She sat down against a tree on the grass, closing her eye and resting her back against the tree trunk.
Klair wasn't wearing anything fancy. Just a normal pair of grey jeans and a black tanktop. It wasn't that cold, so Klair decided to take off the white trenchcoat like jacket and placed it on the ground. She smiled and touched a hand to the ground, gorwing a small lilac near her, than plucking it and placing it behind her ear.

Siren's doberman pinscher yanked at her wrist as it apparently smelt another dog. Siren now used two hands to pull back her "giant princess." Siren's black heels clicked loudly against the cement of the sidewalk. Click, click, click. It was almost had a rhythm to it. Siren shook her head alittle, pushing her long blond bangs out of the way of her eyes. She glanced over, seeing another girl with a dog. Siren yanked hard on the leash, and the dog sat. Very obedient. "Hello.." She said, some what clueless as to how to start a conversation with this stranger. As usual, Siren dressed to impress. But who to impress? Oh that's right, zilch. She had no friends. She wore a white skirt and a pink tanktop covered with a just a black vest. After all, it was warm out. Siren licked her fangs, but not so the other could see. She was thirsty. But she ignored her yearn. Food, Friend? Food, Friend? Friend. She thought to herself, she could always eat later.

Klair looked up from where she was sitting. Fly had ran back to her, a bit fearful. Silly dog, if there was a dog bigger than him, he was always a bit nervous. She smiled at the girl. Klair had a nice body, envied by many she was told, but she didn't really care. She kept it nice with her sports, but didn't like to over-flaunt it. For one, this girl was walking the dog wearing heels? Not going to end well.
"Hello. I am Klairhbelleh, Call me Klair, This is my dog Fly, he is as harmless as a, well, fly. A bit fearful though."
Klair smiled and clicked her tounge, and Fly happily ran back and sat next to her. He needed no leash now, he knew the simple commands quite well. Finally. She got little Fly from a shelter and he hadn't been even potty trained yet, thank goodness he was only a pup.
Klair kept her hair fallen over her face. She had a small scar on her neck that all her family had. It all depended on if they where one of the elemental ones. A little cresent moon, elemental, it fills in to a soft rainbow, if not, it stays the outline. She got the scar when she was changed. Klair looked at Fly, who was panting. She softly kneeled down and held out the palm of her hand in a cup shape, soon it was filled with water, Fly happily lapped from her hand until it was dry, when he sat satisfied and lay down, rolling on his back. Klair smiled and stood back up. Oh no, had she just used an element again? It was starting to come natural now, If more people saw it she would surely be in trouble. Aw Crud.

"I'm Siren, last name's Malakas. This is Milani."
She said as she scratched the top of her dobie's head with her french nails. How long would it take for this new girl, Klair, to judge her? That's what they always do. Today's a new day though. Siren knelt down to pet Fly, then went to a bench close to her new acquaintances. She tied the leash to the one of the legs of the bench. Milani was obedient enough not to yank on it. Siren loved to people watch, so it wasn't surprising when she eyed down Klair as the water quickly appeared in her hand. Siren smirked, she tongued her fangs, her secret was out now too.
"So I'm assuming you're not exactly human."
She chuckled a little and crossed her legs. A mosquito quickly marked Siren's arm as a target for a feast. She quickly went to squash the mosquito, but it flew away. A very small trickle of Siren's blood escaped the mosquito bite. Siren thumbed the blood off her arm and quickly licked her the blood off; clean. She focused her full attention on Klair, awaiting her response.

Klair smiled, good, she wasn't either, than the water in the hand explenation wouldn't be so awkward. Klair kneeled down and offered some water to the small dobie. She smiled and brought her hand up a few moments later. She liked Mosquitos, even with there creepy bug like apperance, they just seemed more famillier. Klair tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and stratched beinhde Fly's ears when he approached her side again, he had been chasing a butterfly. Wierd little dog.
"Full name is Klairhbelleh Avangaline Tarynn, Pretty lame eh? My parents named me. I'm from the Tarynn family legacy is what my aunt always said. Just an elemental vampire. Here in this odd little town to stay away from the assasins that killed my parents. Normal teenage stuff. Anyways, I'm so new to this town, do you know any good places to um...hunt deer or something? Not thirsty completely yet. But better ready."
Klair smiled. She bit her lip slightly and remembered her childhood. She was taken away from her parents a few days before they where killed, then she was sent to live her parents in France. She spoke french most her life, but she could speak english also. Many board hours not being allowed to leave her aunts life for alot of her life.

"Elemental Vampire? That's interesting. I'm only half vampire, I have to admit, it is a plus; daylight sure is beautiful," Siren smiled back at Klair.
"Hmm, nope not really sure exactly. I'm new to this area as well. Maybe we canhunt together if you'd like, I'm starting to get thirsty. Besides, you could always use some help, or better yet one who understands you. I'm starting to get a little thirsty, I can't deny that eather."
She giggled a bit. Klair was a pretty girl, Siren noticed. Siren rubbed the sides of her arms, trying to rid away the goose bumps. After drinking the water Klair had giving her, Milani rested her head on Siren's bare knees. Siren made a disgust pout as she wiped Milani's special concauction of slobber and water. Gross.. She pet the back of her neck down past her spiked pink collar. Dobermans always had to have the "spiked collar."

Klair smiled, ah, how she missed sunlight. She never saw it much though, her aunt wanted to teach her the way she'd be living once it was time to be changed, and she wasn't allowed to see any of the normal kids anyways, since her fate was all mapped out. No wonder she could read when she was three and learned German, and english, without help by her aunt, whom only spoke French, and could spell words others couldn't even imagine saying. Klair pat Fly's head. He let out a soft whimpered of contentness and rubbed his head against her hand.
"That'd be good, I really need to change though, I'm covered with Fly's hair. Silly goose, well, my fault wearing black and grey with a partway white and grey dog. Silly me, and Fly dosen't ever go with me hunting, he may be part vampire in his past, but he just likes raw butcher meat. He can get to be a wuss if he see's me hunt. Little dog is more made for herding. Oh Shoot."
Klair pried her hand away from the tree she was leaning on. She looked where her hand had rested, burnt. Oh yea, did she forget to mention that she had hardly any control over her powers? She was getting better but sometimes it just sprang. She looked down at her shirt, which was a bit wet from Fly slobber. She wiped it off the best she could and laughed.
"Really need to change now."

Siren laughed at the now covered in hair Klair. "Yeah, i definatley agree with you. No way I'm going hunting like this." She scratched Milani's neck and said to her, "Or with you Milani." Milani made a whimpering sigh. Siren got up and began to untie her leash. "It shouldn't take me too long to get ready, we can meet back here in 25 minutes. Is that okay?"
Siren wrapped the leash around her wrist tightly, and began to adjust; the usual. She pulled down her skirt and straightened her vest. "I'll be back without these, don't worry." She said giggling in reference to her heels as she pointed to her right foot. Heels definitely fooled others, it gave her a boost in height; being the petite 5'0 Filipino that she is. Siren tied back her hair with the hair tie that she had on her wrist. Though it was night, that didn't stop the humidity of the summer.

Klair nodded and smiled, before walking off. You could tell by the look on her face she wanted to mvoe faster than Fly was going, but she finally reached home. She gladly unlocked the front door and poked her head in, checking to make sure if anyone broke into her house, to get her. She breathed with relief and unlocked Fly's leash, he ran off to inspect the area. Klair walked upstairs and opened her closet, she had a good amount of food, being the hier to the rare family crown as they liked to call it, Klair was a bit wealthy. She never flaunted it and made sure to keep hidden, for instance, her tiny cottage along other houses. She loved it.
She reached in the closet and pulled out her red sparkly dress. She smiled and placed it back in the closet. She smiled and pulled out a pair of black slacks. not right either. She finally pulled out a semi-okay pair of flexable jeans.A good hunting pair. No blood on them thank gosh. That would be wierd. She pulled on the dark blue jeans and pulled out a drawer. Shirts, she needed a good shirt. She puleld out a vneck dress shirt. She laughed. Wouldn't work. She finally decided on a black t-shirt that had the Aeropostale logo. She pulled a knit warm black sweater over it all and looked in the mirror. She pulled her hair back and changed coats, to a black water-proof sweater. Better, just in case. She threw on some runners. She smiled to the mirror and stuck her keys, and something many vampires would be frightened of, a bottle of holy water and a cross. Luckily, being an elemental, she could touch these, good weopens just in case. She closed the door and locked it.
She returned to the park quickly, her vampire-ism helped with the running. She reached the place they planned to meet and fixed her hair, a simple pony-tail. She heard a whistle and turned, thank gosh. Just a wierd human boy. Klair had been on edge lately, probably because she was still getting use to being one of them, and she was also wanted by a group of killers. A great situation for a teenage girl. She sat down on the dry grass and started to tie her runners. Klair prefered to out-run her prey, than attack. Klair had pretty good wepons, Aka, the magic. She smiled and waited for Siren

Siren walked at a fast pace with her Doberman at her side, she quickly exited the park. Soon enough she arrived at her very clean cut apartment. From the looks of how the apartment was furnished, Siren had money in her family. Unlike others, greed and selfishness had never taken over her personality. She let Milani off the leash and went to her room. She flung opened the closet door, various outfits for various occasions; not surprising. She put her finger under her chin, examining the clothes. She fingered through the jeans and pulled out a regular pair of comfortable jeans. At the bottom of her closet, shoe racks. She grabbed a pair of somewhat fashionable running shoes and socks then quickly slipped them on and tied them. Siren then pulled a Juicy Couture t-shirt from a hanger. She grabbed her keys and a pocketknife, hey you never know. "Jacket." She said to herself in rememberance. Just a regular zipper-up sweatshirt.
Siren locked the door and Milani whined as the lock clicked. 20 minutes or so later she soon arrived at the park in viewing distance of Klair. She smiled,
"Hmm, I think I've seen you around before."
Siren giggled at her own joke, corny; but she liked any kind of humor. Siren glanced toward a nearby forest.
"Let's start north, shall we?"

Klair laughed and waved hello. She stood up and balanced on the balls of her feet for a moment before nodding and starting to walk north. She checked to make sure Siren was following. She looked up at the sky, it was going to be night soon, more of a chance for the enemy to be around. She shivered, nto ebcause of cold, because of worry. She smiled weakly and turned her head to a noise. She saw black eyes, shoooot. She turned to the bush where the black eyes where, they where here. Oh crud.
Klair turned to Siren, hissed a swear in french, and grabbed a hold on her wrist. Than started moving at full speed. She turned to look around moments later. They where nowhere near. She stopped for breath and sighed.
"Sorry, My parents where killed when I was young by a group of horrible vampires, they have been sort of looming near me for a while . We are safe now. While we where running I pulled out my cross necklace. They hate these, they won't be here for a while at the most. Now, this seems like an okay place. Want to scout it with me to see if ti has any good prey?"
Klairs mood lightened and she put the cross in her pocket.

Siren was surprised when Klair gave a little bit of an insider on her history. Siren had hers too, but was not being stalked by any other vampires, that she was thankful for. She shook all her extra thoughts out of her head and focused on the hunt, she was now getting fiesty; her thirst beginning to take control of her. "Looks good to me."
She began to talk lower, not to scare off any prey they could capture. Being a vampire, her stalking skills were of excellence. Low stealth of course. She tiptoed, careful on to step on any twigs that may snap. Siren pushed down a bush infront of her and Klair, before them a small field. Eyesight impeccable. "You see that?" She said in a whisper to Klair pointing at a group of does. Not extremely large ones, enough to full their needs. Siren's fangs got longer as hunger rose. Her pearly whites' tips touched her bottom lip.

Klair smiled softly and crouched down in a bush. She licked her lips. Klair looked at Siren, gazing at her teeth. Klair was never that lucky to get her fangs to extend. So she had to kill with something else. Which is why Klair mostly hunted to the elements. It was sometimes fun, instead of fangs she could use a fire wield, or an earth vine. She smiled and rubbed lotion on her hands. They always got a bit chapped since she couldn't wear gloves. She always had a nice supply of lotion.
"Perfect. I think i'll go for the older doe on the end. It smells better. Besides, I see some plants more around it. Earth is always fun to hunt with."
Her voice was in a whisper. She licked her lips and tucked a stray hair behind her ear. She pulled off her sweater and placed it next to the bush. She always got warm in fighting and she could move quicker, and just in case, the flames always could keep warm. She watched the does with keen eyes and sharp hearing.
"On your call."

Siren did envy Klair is some ways, Siren was helpless in the element category. It would be interesting to see an elemental vampire in a hunt, something she hadn't seen before. Siren reached into her pocket, a switchblade opened quickly. Quiet little thing. It was insanely sharp, one could tell it was sharpened quite often. The stars made it twinkle as she turned in in her palm, thumbing the blade. "I'll have to get on that tree over there.." She pointed to the tree a few feet away, that towered on top of the small pack.
"When I give you the signal, I'll jump down and pin that meaty one; she can't run too fast by the looks of her. And you use earth. Good luck my friend."
Siren smiled to Klair before tip toeing to the oak. It's branches were almost made for the hunt, they were like steps. One, two, three. She swung around to the other side of the tree. Now, if she made any noise before the attack, they'd see her instantly because of how close her distance is. She looked at Klair and nodded her head; the signal. Speed, eyesight, one of the many pluses of vampires. Klair had an advantage though; elements. The switchblade in Siren's hand was getting moist from her palms, adrenaline rushed through her body. Nothing would or could stop her from getting what she wanted, that doe.

Klair waited until Siren had frightened them a bit, before completely leaping into action. Klair had a different method. She held her palm outward the doe and the plant seemed to spring to life, and entwined around the doe's legs. She smiled as the doe was stuck. She was still standing a bit away. Her eyes glowing from the usual green to now a blue, something that happened when she was intouched by the elements. She stuck her palm out again to secure her prey, the vines entwined harder around the legs than quickly one went around the neck. Snapping it easily and hopefully not painfully for the doe. She smiled and looked at Sirens kill. She brought the dagger out of her pocket and slit a cut for the blood.
"Earth was my hunting tool for today. You should see me use air as one, the doe's always get mighty confused. "
Klair turned back to her kill. She dipped her head and placed a hand on the doe. She dipped her head and softly spoke an old french chant she was supposted to say after a kill, thanking the Godess's and God's for the kill. Her voice was swift and soft in the air and than the small chant ended. She opened her eyes again and leaned over the doe. Ready to clear her craving.
